- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆needed to pick up an important certified letter. I made myself late for work so I would be there when they opened at 8 am. They opened the door at 815 am and then I was told I could not pick it up until after 10am. I told her that I would come the next day so the letter would be there. It was not again I was told after 10am. I signed the form just in case it was something that could be left at my house. 3 days later, no letter and can't seem to pick it up. I called there 2x and the telephone just rings max number of times, and then I'm cut off.By Diana Thomas, September 21, 2017
