- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My husband and I had multiple insurance policies with this agent and she cancelled one of our policies on a home with no notice. We were never late and always over insured. We didn't find out it was cancelled until our bank called to inform us trying to charge us for forced insurance. We still don't have an explanation. Kimberly caused us a lot of stress and financial worries. We cancelled all of our 5 policies with Allstate.By Crystal Price, December 24, 2016
