- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I called to inform them of my mother's passing, the woman tried to ask me to pay her credit card immediately with a savings account she held at this credit union against the direction of county probate court. When I attempted to close the savings account in order to start an estate account, this credit union refused me access to the money in spite of my status as executor, even though her debt has to be processed through county probate court.By Elizabeth St. Clair, September 01, 2017
